Current research interests: My current research interests are focused on the aggregation of the proteins involved in neurodegenerative diseases such as the alpha-synuclein in Parkinson’s disease. Using a new optogenetic model designed by our laboratory which offers a unique spatiotemporality control of Lewy Body formation, I'm working on the interaction between aggregates and the vesicles and organelles in order to find new therapeutic targets.
